Two or three shifts across Friday, Saturday and Sunday, on the floor of the main dining hall. Suited to someone local or nearby.
What you would do
Take care of a section across lunch or dinner. Learn the menu properly, including the allergen answers. Carry plates, read tables, and keep the room moving without hurrying anyone. Reset and hand over at close.
What we need
Some hospitality experience, though we will train the right person from scratch. Current Victorian RSA, or willingness to obtain one before the first shift. Right to work in Australia. Reliable transport for late finishes.
