What you would do
Answer every function enquiry within a business day. Walk guests through the four spaces, build the package and set menu with the head chef, and hold the run sheet on the day. Coordinate deposits, dietaries and final numbers. Be in the room when it matters.
What we need
Two years in events, hospitality or venue coordination. Genuinely organised — this role lives in a diary. Right to work in Australia. Comfortable on the phone with people planning something that matters to them.
